Using any standard web browser CloudEQMS gives you the power to manage your documents and records without the chaos of shared folders on file servers and individual PCs where documents and files are changed, duplicated, lost or deleted often without control.

We provide A3, A4 and A5 boxes and barcodes for you to label and pre pack your documents. Our secure collection container vehicles will pick up your paperwork and take it to our nearest secure data vault where it’s scanned black and white or colour at 300dpi and OCR indexed to 99.9% accuracy at up to 200 pages per minute.

Your original paperwork can be bar-coded and stored in secure deep store at low cost, or it can be confidentially destroyed in an environmentally friendly manner and you’ll be issued with a Destruction Certificate on completion.
