CloudEQMS System Support and Maintenance
Dedicated Customer Support starts during the sales process and continues throughout the lifetime of the relationship providing complete continuity and peace of mind.
P4P Support Team will provide customer support to you by telephone, online web-conference,and email.
Support is provided Monday to Friday 09.00 – 17.00
In addition to Electronic Document Management Services, P4P provides regular health checks and product updates and has a range of partnerships to provide support and training.
A typical support and maintenance service will comprise the following components:
- Software upgrades – we provide copies of new software releases and supporting documentation.
- Major new releases are delivered annually to existing customers with a valid support and maintenance agreement.
- Maintenance calls – defined as calls to report a fault in the software.
- Support calls – defined as calls to request information or advice regarding the software.
We are able to provide a comprehensive Service Level Agreement that details timescales for acknowledgement and error resolution.
